We had a fantastic stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and had a ton of choices. The food was phenomenal, with delicious options for every meal. We loved the comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The pool and outdoor sauna were a great addition to our stay. The hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service to and from the train station, which was very convenient. the service, amenities, and food made our stay here luxurious and enjoyable.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a great time at the hotel with friendly staff who were patient with our limited German language skills. The breakfast had a fantastic omelette and the food was amazing. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a fun pool, steam room, and sauna, making it perfect for a relaxing after-ski time. Moreover, the staff was thoughtful, remembering our coffee preferences and encouraging our son to eat more.
Nothing that we didn't like - this hotel was a perfect stay.

Absolutely wonderful experience during the New Year season in this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, always remembering our likes and bringing us whatever we needed without us even asking. The food was delicious, with a nice buffet and omelette station at breakfast. The hotel location was perfect, allowing us to spend every evening enjoying the hotel's facilities, including a great sauna and fun pool. the shuttle bus service was a huge convenience when we needed to go into town.
The Wi-Fi became very slow and almost unusable in the evenings, likely due to many guests using it at the same time. This made it difficult for us to do the things we needed to do online.

The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was conveniently located near my business meeting. the shuttle service was also helpful when I needed to go into town.
The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, which made it difficult to do any work in the evenings. the room was uncomfortably warm and made it hard to sleep.

This hotel provides a wonderful experience. the staff is incredibly kind and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet is consistently delicious. the shuttle bus is a nice touch, making it easy to explore the nearby town. the sauna and pool are great amenities, and the hotel remembers guest preferences. the only downside is the unreliable wifi, which can be frustrating especially in the evenings when many guests are accessing it.
